Pipeline Talent Solutions Expands Its Management Ecosystem with SOW Services

Sourcing for Services, led by industry experts, is now part of Pipeline’s growing team that’s changing non-employee labor management.

KNOXVILLE, TN, May 28, 2019 – Pipeline Talent Solutions, a leading strategic workforce advisory firm, has partnered with Sourcing for Services (SFS), a statement of work (SOW) service delivery company, to further expand its talent acquisition and spend management ecosystem.  The partnership allows Pipeline to offer specialized SOW management services provided by two of the industry’s most experienced, successful veterans — Michael Matherly and Ken Hernandez.

“There are no SOW providers out there who can match Michael and Ken’s experience and desire to create individualized programs that will dramatically improve a company’s management and visibility when it comes to SOW spend,” said Pipeline’s President Curt Paquette.  Establishing the partnership was an easy decision, he added, because SFS’s philosophy and operational strategy aligns so closely with Pipeline’s.  Every client receives the right amount of functional and category support based on their needs.

What SFS offers today is based on the SOW workflow automations for a vendor management system Michael developed for a more than $500 million program at a Fortune 100 financial services company.  The SFS methodology is based on establishing SOW programs that incorporate each company’s existing structure, then can broaden to include any new contracts.  This enables program support of virtually any SOW category or individual transaction, regardless of category maturity or operational definition.
